Larry,
I am starting the wing, but I don't see any washout built in the wing. Did you notice anything on the plans that I could have missed? Platt does not mention it in his instructions.

Step #17 in the building instructions mentions sheeting the bottom of the wings. "....the panels remain flexible until the later addition of the upper skins lock in the proper washout."
The wing is not mentioned again until step #53. Nothing about how to jig the wing to get the 3 degrees washout. Let us know what you find out.
