There was actually a law suit against Exxon by Kellogs for using a similar tiger...............The glossy orange was actually mixed with a second coat of gold flake. I did my own "metallic" paintwork. First coat of orange after sanded primer.........then a thin coat of orange, followed quickly by a dusting of gold..........then another coat of orange quickly over that to "mix" em together. It looked real nice just orange, but staring at a nearly 4 foot boat in person, that single color, was kinda boring. I like the stripes.........had to do something and didnt want to just throw a whole bunch of numbers and sponsor decals on it............the "Exxon" theme would be a couple of well placed decals near the back on the side..............maybe the tiger deal in front of the cockpit.
