She's 12.5 at the 3 and 9 o'clock position, 14'' at the 6 and 12 position. I think your Moki would slip right in there.
Jeff, something is wrong here. The cowl can't be 12.5 inches wide. Here is a scale 96 inch Hellcat, the cowl about 3/4 inch from the beginning is 10 7/8 inch and 3/3/4 from the beginning of the cowl is just a hair over 10 inches wide.
