Sudden urge for some cheap speed... (Shrike .10)
26K is lame? I guess it depends on the prop size and the airframe. Just how big is the shrike 10? And the prop for that matter?
A 6*6 at 26k give a pitch speed of 149 mph and 62 ozs of thrust. That's way more than enough for a 2-3 pound slick plane.
