Does anyone know what the weight will be when completed with a 50cc gasser and the ESM Landing gear?
I saw the rated weight as being 16.5lbs, but Troy Built has stated that is the lightest possible weight with no retracts, a glow engine and only the needed assceries to fly. It looks to me the plane will weigh in closer to 20lbs. I have a 82" Skyshark P-40 and a 82" CMP Zero. The Zero was rated at 16.5 lbs but no one can build it that lite. Mine weighs 20.5 lbs and flys great
I think this LA-7 will come in at of very near to 20lbs. I hope the ESM landing gear I ordered can handel the weight
