RE: DeNight Special 50 ARF by Hangar 9
FINAL ASSEMBLY
The placement of the receiver on the servo deck is basically up to your preference,
as you have more than enough space. I decided to use the new "full range" Spektrum
AR500 since the DeNight, in this electric configuration, only needed4 channels;
2 aileron servos which are on a "Y" connector to the receiver's Aileron channel,
an elevator servo to the Elevator channel and a rudder servo to the Rudder channel.
The ESC is then connected to the Throttle channel, as inthe typical fashion.
Note: Notice the placement of the long antenna leg of the AR500, as it is suggested
that about 1/2 of the length should be oriented in a perpendiular position and in a
slightly different plane, as shown in the photos.
