RE: Sapac L-39 & T-45 Composite + Hoffman 70 Storm
I'm going to use the same Hoffman 70 Storm for my Sapac L-39 composite jet. After installing the EDF unit, this jet has the potential to be fast and heavy. Much too heavy for my liking, so to reduce wing loading I've decided to build a sport wing. Instead of using the Sapac wing at 32" w/o wing tanks I've increased the wing area consdierably by making a 41" wing. The thicker air foil plus additional surface area will really help. Here are some photos of my progess. I will add more photos when the wing is finished.
