The spar is spruce or basswood, a decent hobby shop ought to carry it.
CA debonder does "dissolve" CA, but you end up with a less-strong joint re-gluing it. CA does penetrate the wood on the initial application and this adds to the joint strength. I doubt that debonder would remove the penetrated CA.
Better safe than sorry, a folded wing is not a pretty sight...
