thank you for all this information. I have been debating buying from BH for awhile now and have been scared too based on so many negative comments on RCU about them. But based on this very current review and experience with them, it seems like maybe they are cleaning up their act. I might just try them after all. by the way, do you have a video yet of your first flight?
