Not sure I understand the question. I use 2 channels for my ailerons. That way I can utilize crow when flaps are deployed and I can individually adjust the aileron throw to get even throws. The trim tab on the TX trims both ailerons at once.
When I first set up my jet in the TX it asked me if I wanted to mate the aileron channel with another channel and that is what I selected.
