Well, since Hobbico and Futaba are both distributed by Great Planes, that shouldn't make any difference. Futaba repairs are still handled by Hobby Services.
If you have been around RCing for any length of time you would know that Futaba's recent change in their U.S. operations was not a move for the better as far as the average customer is concerned!!
Great Planes ( and all it's aliases) is one of the worst things to have ever happened to the RC hobby industry!!
They buy up all the exclusive rights they can get their hands on and when they control the supply they control the prices!!
