what you are going to have to do is put a fuel tee between your fuel shutoff (which will be before the needle valve assy) and the tank. use a fuel dot to remove the air from the bladder with your fuel sirnge (sp) and full the tank. you will also need (should) to install a fuel clams between the needle and engine to make sure fuel is shut off to engine.
