The orders a processed by Yahoo's vendor system.
Did you provide an e-mail address for Yahoo to send the e-mail verification?
Could your anti-spam filtering have caught the message? ( Comcast's filters are notorious for this... ).
Assume it did not go through and contact Nitroplanes via their on-line chat.
