hey, I found out how to fix ALL your CEN Problems!!
Take that 7.7 Motor and THROW IT IN THE LAKE!!!
I bought a Losi 454 off of e-bay for $150.00
Took some creative engineering to get it in and now the thing shifts all 3 gears way too early
I have done the same thing. I used a SH PT28XM1A-P8 (That Losi 454 is also made by SH) I don't have third gear and I don't need it. It doesn't take much creative engineering. I used GSR 5.0 parts. Clutch Bell, Flywheel, Engine mount, 1/8 Tuned Pipe.
