Looks like a lot of old government desks to me. I like the blue-orange paint scheme on the bug. Did you watch any of the F1 race on the Speed Channel yesterday. Ferrari #1 & 2. Schumacher is definitely on a roll. Perhaps, I shouldn't have traded my Ferrari Mini-Z body for another yellow Jordan--just kidding, besides I have two 1/10 scale Ferrari bodies.

take a look at our dealers page
http://www.molzermoweryracing.com/dealer.html
That is the best place to purchase a car and get support and parts.

The F1 is about 3 ft long. capapble of hiting speeds in excess of 50 mph.

zenoahs, but he superior would be legal, 23cc is the limit for legal, but the sky is for fun. mod for torque most of the game is mid throttle.

I am working on a F1/IRL 1:4 scale car. To make it as realistic as possible I am using the OS FF-320 flat four engine. My question is what would racers who run these cars really like to see (other than a lower cost)?

you may wish to make it conform to the 1/5th scale f1 rules to fit into the race programs.

and it would be in your benifit to fit into the current tire profiles, or even use the tires and rims that exsist.

take the sKK/ superior 23cc (22.5cc actually) use the 1mm stroker stuffercrank thsi will end giving you just a smidge over 23cc's but gobs of torque and do a lighteneing job on the piston with windowing.........
hell if someone is interested in having an engine done we might be able to work something out'

Wonder what the rule book says about stroker stuffercrank... Seriously though. Power has not really been the big issue around the track. With the latest gen G230:s and a good pipe, The only thing you are chasing is car set-up and tires. Sure everyone wants more power, but the cars are plenty fast as is, the realy seceret to lower laptimes lies in tires and suspension tuning (assuming of course that you already posess world champion driver skills...)

Default F1 racing - HobbyVisions / LV Super Nationals

Are either of you attending/racing at the October Hobby Visions show or the Las Vegas Super Nationals? I'll probably be attending Hobby Visions since I've been asked to help demo my fantastic driving skills for one of the exhibitors. I can publicly show everyone how to wreck an R/C. However, since I don't know the "firm" schedule yet, there may be time to go out to the quarter-scale track and check out an F1 or two especially if the Super Nationals run late into the evening.

October 7th-10th, Hobby Visions

October 6th-9th, "Las Vegas Super Nationals"

qsac does not recognise the F1's as a class. We have way to much racing to do a demo there. Unfortunate but true.

We will do the Chicago show, that is probably it for this year.

you coming to cinncinatti?

list is looking very good for F1 racing.

No plans for CinCin, especially since I haven't picked up a large scale F1 (though I did order the Honda Ford Mini-Z F1). From SinSin, I usually head west to LA or the San Diego area unless I want to go to the mountains. Perhaps, some time down the road I'll quit purchasing so many Zs and get rid of my 1:4 scale or 1:5 scale and get an F1 1:5 scale. I'm just not in a hurry though the Las Vegas Supernationals may be a good place to find a buyer.

you should go bug Dave at Dansey and get yourself a big F1 to put next to the little ones.

don't forget to order the tv camera and mirror kits.

then you may have to come out to cinncinati to run..

ammdrew,

I already own a wireless camera, but it didn't work too well on the FG that I already own. There was too much vibration for it to focus. Without getting into specifics, I can probably get the same deal or close to the same deal at the upcoming HobbyVisions show as I could have at RCX or at the last HobbyVisions show on an FG F1 which is better than what was offered to me though I put the two of you together.

That is sad and should never happen. Dealers should never be sold under by a distributor, kind destroys the point and the market. You would never find Horizon or Great Planes or Molzer Mowery Racing or Kyosho or Associated or Losi or Mugen or Serpent selling under there dealers.

We had the same exact problem with our F1's and a actual video camers on top, just too much vibration, leon has had some luck getting his wireless to work, I will email and ask what he did, maybe it will work for you

FG F1 standard manufacturer suggested list is 1563.26

FG comp F1 with Hydro brakes Manufacturer suggested list is 2917.00

What about Tower Hobbies? Don't they compete with their dealers or at least their parent's dealers? They may sell online at full-suggested retail, but they do offer discounts and coupons. There were also retail venders at the shows selling below full-suggested retail. I just can't see why some places sell at "full-suggested retail" when it is "suggested" and not mandated. I realize that the seller and consumer have a conflict of interest, but some consumers may simply go to another seller if that seller's price is lower and then the other seller looses out all together.

This really belongs somewere else, but the long of the short of it is if you wish to distribute a product no matter what it is and then you offer a lower price then your dealers are buying at or a ridiculousely low price that it is not worth them stocking or selling the product why would they.
Your statement would be true for a dealer, not a distributor/supplier of products to the dealers.

email me or lets make a forum about proper distributor procedure and how to succeed in business, I would happily discuss that stuff.

As this thread is about 1/5th F1 racing and the large race coming up in Ohio.
which is looking really really cool. you know you can win a Marder as a door prize at this race.
