Default Charging TT-Gear battery with 960?

I recently purchased a TT-Gear "mini" Frog with a small 1100mAh 7.2v pack of 6 2/3A cells. It came with a wall charger, but I'd prefer to use the 960 if possible. Is it safe to charge these small packs on the 960, and if so what charge settings should I use? The battery label lists a "fast charge" rate of 1100mA / 1.1h.

You can charge them successfully at 1-2 amps and 25-30 mv.
