Melted Neg. Plug on 977
My MRC 977 has been having issues charing through the A channel, i've noticed that my Neg plug has suffered some melting over time and was wondering if this has anything to do with it. I hear what sounds like a small electrical arc when i do charge from the A channel but not the B. For the most part of my charing and discharing i'm charging an EP4200 6 cell flat pack that was soldered, and an IB 3800 6 cell assebled to the same specs, these are both rated at 35 amps max discharge. I've removed the stock Tam. style plugs in favor of deans. I usually discharge the packs at the max. 4 amps, and charge at the max. and recomened (for ep 5 amps for ib 6 but only due 5 cuz of charger) 5 amps, could anybody give me some insight on whats up with this??
thanks
i'm also emailing MRC
