Upgrading to the 977 charger
I've decided to get one of these, tired of my 960 chargers overheating and shuting down.
Also they only go to 4.5 amps while the 977 goes to 5 amps so I can charge 4000-5000 NIMH packs without issue.
Anyone else have this charger?

I have it and find that it is still one of the best deals going for a dual NI battery charger. I frequently use mine on pairs of 8 cell packs.
