Aerial onboard video from Flycamone HD on Hobbyzone Supercub
Got the new flycamone HD 720p yesterday and so today had to try it and the transmitter set on my Supercub.
The weather was against me as it was blowing rather hard and only stopped raining for a short time, but just long enough to get a quick flight in.
Only managed to look at the receiver screen for a few seconds each time as the wind was giving the plane a hard time, but it dislayed a nice clear picture 95% of the time.
Cant wait to fly it in good weather.
it would be good for FPV, but will probably need to buy the wider lens first, as the 70 degree is really too narrow for FPV

Nice! I especially liked seeing the Cub's shadow looming down on the landing approach. So, you're flying standard, through-the-sticks-only with no FPV glassing? Isthere a transmitter on the camera for transmission to glasses or other screen? Thank you there in the yard of Spitfire and Hurricane.

yes I was flying normally LOS but looking at the screen for a few seconds at a time to see if I was getting a clear picture. I have flown FPV with my other gear but it was too windy to fly FPV yesterday.
you can get FPV goggles for the flycam, which I may get later, but I think the view is really too narrow for FPV on the flycam 720p , and just found out the wide angle lens only fits the 1080 version of the flycam.[]
The transmiter is a small extra box that plugs into the camera and I really like that its takes power from the camera so the whole set up only weighs around 100grams. (cameras 58grams)
