New Here, What's this controversial thing about FPV and Photography?
I saw a few posts in regards to FPV and photography and controversy. I'm a bit lost, can somebody help me out here? Also, where do Ifind information about laws regarding commercial photography or UAVsearch and rescue for Ohio (or Columbus for that matter)? I tried contacting a few lawyers but they were all lost and didn't have any direction. What about insurance? What companies are available out there for this type of work?

Update: Did quite a bit of researching and found tons of information from the FAA regarding federal laws. Interesting read.
