video transmiter
Im looking for a video transmitter with just rca inputs. Going to use the live feed off my digi cam. I found that "the spy store" had pretty good prices on a 900mhz 200 mw system for 100 bucks. I have a receiver, anyone know where just to get a sending unit?

RE: video transmiter
Hi SpaceCase,
I have a system you might be interested in. The cost is much higher than the tinywireless stuff, but I think it has a couple advantages worth considering:
- Wide input voltage (5-10v). Range will be the same regardless of the input voltage.
- RCA jack. Mates with the video cable that comes with most digital cameras.
- Good range. You'll get around 1/4 mile of good range with the directional rx antenna.
- 2.4ghz operation.

2normal,
Just want to clarify somethings,
-My system also has RCA jacks
Same range as yours- Have we really tested?
1.2ghz operation, but I will be stocking the 2.4ghz versions shortly.

BlackwidowAV.com

If it was me, I would also buy a CCD camera instead of sending aloft an entire camcorder. Much cheaper, lighter, and less painful if you auger in.
Recently bought a CCD camera from BlackwidowAV but havent had a chance to try it yet.
My other video results can be seen at:

RE: video transmiter
Cool,60$. cant beat that! Thats a good system. Thanks yb2normal, but I already spent some cash on the 50mw system, dont have the money to spend too much on this. Yea I like the idea of useing the live video feed, if you have a digi its already there!
