Default RE: Blimps

Rajul, I bought one here, www.rctoys.com, for just that purpose. It is a Mach IIIz. I really wanted an indoor uav that I could fly around the office or at work carrying a little wireless setup and watching from a monitor. Well, the blimp is a blast but the blimp would hardly get off the gound here in Reno at about 4700', let alone carry any payload. I noticed that on thier web site they are now making note of this and offering people above 4000' a larger envelope at no cost. I am going to call and see if I can pay for the upgrade.
If you are more ambitious than this, and want to fly outside, there are commercial quality, big $ setups available, just do a search for "Blimp, +r/c".
