I'd say it was a model, comparing the size of a full scale aircraft to the cars below and where the glider would likely be making it's turn.

I'm not sure what the purpose of the post is, but, not to be mean-spirited, but because the glider is so small in the picture, I'm sure there are many guys here who have 'not-so-scale-ships' who could put a picture of them on here like that and it would impossible to tell if they were full size or not.
