Default Vibration!!

A couple days ago I shot my first set of aerial photos. Some were okay but most were shaky. I used a super cheap disposable camera and Kadet LT40 for my pictures. I used a micro-servo mounted on the camera to actuate the camera and rubber-banded the whole assembly to the plane. I am going to use a new Pentax 60S with zoom I picked up on clearance for $15 in the future.

Does anyone have advice on how to build a vibration free mount for it?

Thanks for any advice!

Here are some sample pics:

Ive got your solution right here!

Cut out a peice of 1/8th inch balsa the size of your camera, glue it straight to the plane, add a bunch of foam in between, rubber band the camera back on, and shoot away.[sm=bananahead.gif][sm=idea.gif][sm=bananahead.gif]

Thanks so much! Your set-up looks so much like mine; I think I'm just missing the foam padding! I'll let you know how it works when I get some pictures back.

I used the foam and here are the pictures. They show obvious improvement:
Thanks again!

For best results pull the throttle back to idle a few seconds before you take the shot. Less vibration that way.
