Default #2 Flyin King Video!!

Sorry guys....well behind on making the video but here is a still picture "snapped" from the video, so it is not super clear. It shows the runway we are flying from during the funfly but you can easily see the remains of the old WWII airport runways from when Fort Macleod was a flight training school from WWII.

Goodness I’m an impatient sole.
Video please!

Your frame captures look great and that’s a very cool picture, keep en coming!
There’s an old airfield like that out in Nebraska and they made it into a drag strip, I guess it would cost more to tear out all the concrete than the land is worth. That sure looks like a great place to have a fun fly!

I have been searching KaZaa for some half decent music to add to the video but I can't get anything to download so you might be getting it with no music...sorry. Will have the video out later tonight.

Well I finally settled on some disco...haha, so if you are allergic to it then turn the volume down

I gained much experience after this last attempt

1) I am getting vibration when tilting the camera.
2) Camera operator does not need to overdo the panning/tilting.
3) Next try will be a fixed position and will try the other lens I have.
4) Need to get the RX antenna away from cars etc as on this video the patch antenna was huddled up against a van with other vehicles right close (camera operator wanted out of the sun!).

It's somewhat boring...(I can admit that), shall go closer to the mountains next try.

Great stuff Skycam!!!

Here's an idea for your next production...attach 80 feet or so of paper streamer to your tail...like the combat guys do...then aim your camera aft, and get some footage of another plane cutting your streamer!

I'd love to see that one.
