KX121 Schematic?
I lost a cap on my KX121 Camera. Anybody got a schematic? I replaced it but must have missed on the value. I can't read the old one. I think I lost a resistor as well. My AGC is off.

RE: KX121 Schematic?
This damage was done quite a while ago while the camera was on my Aerobird Extreme. I caught a branch or two on the way through the woods on one of my tree landings. I have tried a few RC combonations and the camera is not terrible, but I am losing some of the clouds in a bright sky. What I really want to do is get a higher resolution camera for 5v (can't find one...).

Steve,
Cool video.... Could you post a picture of your camera with cap and res location marked? I would be happy to pull off and measure the components.

Here are the locations. The resistor (I think it is a resistor) is very small. I have been out of the electronics game for a while. How the heck to you remove these SMD parts?

RE: KX121 Schematic?
Steve,
Hold my breath and hope for the best [X(] Really, I just use a couple of soldering irons. One has a very fine tip. It looks like a resistor to me also. It measured 100 ohm on my meter. The cap measured 1uF. I use a L/C meter from Almost All Digital. 1uF is right at its max range but I think it is correct. Maybe someone could confirm this.... I hope this helps.

RE: KX121 Schematic?
Thanks a bunch. The pads are shot from my attempts at replacing the parts. I have wires soldered to the top of the resistor and the other side of the cap. I will put a series RC in there later today and try it out. Thanks again. I was using a .1uf with no resistor. Thanks again.
