This is video I did this morning with my aiptek DVII. Hopefully I'll have better video tomorrow. I'm waiting on a Mustek MDC 4000 with much better optics and speed.

RE: fasten your safety belt.......
That was done with my big kadet and aiptek DVII mini dv camera. Tomorrow I'm supposed to be getting my mustek mdc 4000 which is CCD and will give me tons better light gathering and much higher speed. The aiptek "films" at 10 frames per second and the mustek is supposed to do three times that for fluid video.

Click on my breifcase again. Yesterday I got my Mustek DV 3000 and the Mustek MDC 4000. Although the MDC 4000 was broken (oh well never buy from liquidators [:@]), the DV 3000 works GREAT I did a comparison so that you can see the difference between 10 fps, which is what the aiptek does and 13 fps, which the mustek puts out. To me there's a lot of difference between the two cameras.
Although it appears that the Aiptek handles the light better and has sharper focus, I think the Mustek is more fluid. I'm going to have to do some more testing before I come to any conclusions. At first I thought the Mustek was better video until I compared the two side by side.
Anyways, monday I should get my Mustek DV 4000 which is supposed to be a MUCH better camera. I'll keep you all posted in the meantime of any new tests.

Oh yea, almost forgot. Be sure and check out the takeoff in "bush pilot" I flew right through the tall weeds on the edge of the river [X(]
