Help! Wires came off Black Widow transmitter
I was taking my transmitter and cam out of one model to put into another when the red and yellow wires (power and video signal) came loose from the circuit board. I can solder them back in place, but I don't know which one goes where. The black and white wires (ground and audio signal) are still there, so the sequence should be black, white, then red and white, or white and red. I have the 2.4 ghz 600mw transmitter/receiver set.
Thank you
Thank you

That's my one BIG gripe about most of these tx's, no matter whether it's BWAV or an ebay cheapie. There needs to be a plug in on the circuit board instead of a pigtail. I too, have ruined 2 Tx's because I pulled or broke a wire and they are so tiny they are hard to solder back on. A small 4 pin plug would solve a lot of that.

I agree with Randall....I put a blob of clear silicone on the TX where the wires come out of the case, it does help a lot.

When I got my last one I looped the lead back over and shoo gooed it to the case. That way anytime you tug on the wires you're not putting stress on the solder joints. I learned that the hard way. [:@]

OK. All of this is great advice for when I get the wires soldered back where they belong. But I still need to know where that is.

I'd email the fellow on the black widow contact page.
[email protected] He would be the guy to ask. Usually pretty quick to answer emails.

With the wiring connector at the left bottom view, from left to right, Yellow, red, white, black. 600MW B/W 5volt transmitter. I use a deans 4 pin connector on almost all of mine to connect the camera/ power. Hope this helps.
