Raidentech minicam not working oob

I just got this today. Couldn't get it to work inside the house. Opened it up and saw that a red wire from the antena wasn't connected to anything, and I have no idea where it's supposed to go.

Buyer beware.

Sorry to say--but in addition, I believe that its frequency band is illegal for this use in the US.
