Default Video Hosting Sites

Does anyone have a particular recommendation for which video hosting site to use? I started using Putfile because it was posted right here on RCU. Now, RCU is suggesting "YouTube." At first I started having upload problems with Putfile, but they seem to have been cleared up. Now, I'm getting tired of seeing porn video thumbnails next to my videos. Even though most users will understand that I have no control over that, I still don't like it. One feature that Putfile recently put up for test is "embedded" videos. Soon, you might be able to embed your video right in your site, in which case only your video will show. If that comes about, I may stay with Putfile. Right now, you can only embed videos selected by Putfile. Meanwhile, I'm looking for something more family friendly. I have tried Google, but I got frustrated with the three-day wait to have your video approved and posted. Maybe that's the price you have to pay for censorship.

Thanks,
Paul

Default RE: Video Hosting Sites

I say spend the $4-$7 dollars a month and just PAY for doing whatever YOU want in whatever format you want with ZERO advertising! I use Lunar pages for my own reasons. I also make $50-$100 a month running my own advertisements on certain parts of the site.
Here are some hosting providers

Thanks for the link, DebianDog. I wasn't aware of these services, to be honest. I'll give it some serious consideration.
