New home made video camera mount
One of the guy's we fly with came up with this unique way of mounting a video camera on almost any plane.
The mount consists of two pieces of pink foam hollowed out to the countour of the video camera and then clamshelled together using rubber bands. Holes are cut out of the front and back to accommodate the lens and rear controls of the camera.
The clamshell is then rubber banded together and two quarter inch wooden dowels are inserted at the base of the of the clamshell, then rubber banded onto the fuselage.
The video was quite good.
