Looking at AP vids I often see patches of lost detail as if the compression scheme just writes a blur instead of the detail. It happens with my MPVR. One part of a scene may be blurry and when the camera is moved some the same patch blurs again even though it's being recorded by a different place on the sensor.

Are blurry patches caused by compression schemes and is there a way to avoid them?
