Maybe I'm blind, but I don't remember seeing any vehicle in the video. Did you walk out there?
Death Valley is an awesome area to visit, especially during the "rainy season" Last time we were there, it rained overnight then we drove around and saw all the wildflowers and cacti in bloom! Awesome!

what camera was used?

there are no dunes next to road, you have to walk atleast 1/4mile
Eureka dunes up to 700ft hight, from the air the're not as impressive compared to walking thru them.
I used Samsung S730 digital camera mounted on Slinger wing.
Same day I killed Lumix LS70 letting send into optics, it was much better camera

check the photo - here I'm standing on very high dune (to see the RC plane) but from the picture you can hardly tell.
