Trex 450 with 220g video camcorder
I have attached PANASONIC SDR_S10 camcorder to my TRex 450SE v2.
Look like 220 g camera is easy task for 450 and its make it even more stable in the air.

WOW. I'm surprised The 450 Can Operate that Smooth with a Cam(Or without or for that matter) May Wanna Consider a Stabling Setup Gyro controlled? Just a Suggestion.
OH...And Wear a Shirt.LOL
Just Kidding

Yes, by alll means, put a shirt on in all future videos.
And let's get it out somewhere interesting. I mean, nice fence and all.
Otherwise, impressed.

Everything is stock except TunderPower Extreame v2 2200mAh battery.
Since then I have moved to Trex-500 with the same setup:

what difference do you find in the 500. if i were to buy one would 500 be better considering i will use it for AP

As example I have flown 450 with 220gr camera up to 10 meters maximum.
This 220gr is quite a load for 450 and I was really afraid to fligh higher than 10 meters up.
Stability, orientation, visibility - issues.
With 500 and the same camera I am flying over 60 meters with no problem, except it become very small in the sky when over 60 meters high.
220gr for 500 is almost nothing...may be even good to have extra weight for stability.
Soon I will try 450gr HD camera on my 500 as I feel that 500 can carry as twice as its carrying now.
500 more stable in the wind any way and if you want to fly more time and wait for weather less time the bigger is better.
If you will go with 500 then get ESP with torgue tube.
On my 450 I lost belt well up in the sky and I would tell you it is bad experience.
Torgue tube has one disadvantage - gears easy to brake at wild landing event, but I put foamy ball on the tip of the tail fin and I do not have problem since then.
500 is a good compromise between cost and your heli enjoiment.
I wish to go 600 some day, but it is too expensive to crush.
So far I stick with 2 Trex-500 (One as AP and onother one as back up or free of AP flying style).
If you can afford 500 then go for it.
You will not regret your choise, although if you a new to this hobby, then 450 may be better choise as crushes are unavoidable in this bussiness.
Replacement cost for 450 is lower than for 500.
I have flown 450 for a year before switching to 500.
With such transaction (from small to big) 500 control seems to easy compare to 450.
Once again you selection should be influenced by you flying skills as well.

At this point of time i am a crasher more than a flyer. .. i will possibly go for the 500 or 600, only after i know i can hover stably. am practicing on the fms, and only when i am confident will i buy mine. may be 500
