hobbywireless.com problem
 

Hi.

It was already 15 years since I have RC hobby.
Recently, I have a interest in FPV flight.
Many parts were prepared from all over the world.
One of them was video goggle from hobbywireless.com
It was ordered on 9th Nov., and received 17th Nov. last year
Unfortunately it was broken in a day. So the full package was returned.
Arrival of returned packed was 24th Nov by EMS delivery check.
But hobbywire confirmed the reception 14th Dec.
Anyway, there is no action on hobbywireless after that.
There is no replacement.
They do not even reply to my email.
I do not know what is going on at hobbywireless.
I am very disappinted to hobbywireless.
