RE: How about this quadcoptor for aero photograhpy?

Hi. I have been researching quad copter kits and this is the best I have seen yet!
I do have a few questions: why are there 2 servos shown on the camera mount if it is single axis only?
Will it be able to carry a DSLR camera like a Sony a300?
Also, I live in Canada. Can I still order one?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Robert

Hi Robert,

We're using the white one, sorry for the confusion, camera mount we offerred here is only single axis, but you could update it two double axis if you want,
Our maximum payload is 1100g(including the IFLY4A and camera mount), so it's up to your camera,

Would you letme know you address and post code? i will assess the freight cost for you, thanks.

Please mail you info tome :[email protected]

It looks like the other servo is for the shutter.

It would be nice, however, if you have one like mine from Ideafly, be careful since mine has flipped 4 times now for no reason. It also has a glitch that makes it dip for a split second, usually recoverable. But the " Death Flip" is never recoverable. The last time it happened when it was over asphalt. Cost me the landing gear and a canopy. It will be flying great and steady and all the sudden it seams like the two right side engines just shut off. I have posted to bulletin boards and to Ideafly for help and no one seems to have the same problem, or answers for me. I am going to replace all 4 esc with 20amp units to see if it helps. Good luck.

Try this voltage protector. Seems like you're suffering from brownouts.
