Camera resolution questions
 

Not into VP drones but I have put together a down range camera for shooting targets.

The system works good but I am looking for a higher resoultion camera.

At this time I have a 700 TVL , 16mm , 3MP lense and looking at a 1000TVL camera.

I assume that the 1000TVL will give me a higher reslolution picture.

just want to clarify before buying a new camera.
