Hi - Just stumbled onto this discussion. . . I too have a CG Chippy and noticed the wiggle on the first flights. I thought it was due to a little slop/play in the rudder push rods. I then switched to a pull/pull rudder control and although the wiggling isn't completely gone (still wiggles a little in windy / x-wind conditions), it was a very noticeable improvement.
