Default Cesna 195 Prop Selection and Spinner

Hi,
I have a Cesna 195 and I need some info on the prop selection. I am using a Saito 180 engine and they say to use a 18x6 prop for scale flying. The spinner that came with the plane measures 2 1/4" and the slots for the 18x6 prop are way to small. The adapter fits the engine but I am wondering why the spinner is so small for such a large plane. Any suggestions would be helpfull. Thanks, Jim

I have a DLE 30 in my C-195. (Boy, it scoots) The kit spinner was way too small. I had to order a larger one to fit the DLE. If you want to try hacking out the prop cut outs to fit your prop, you can have my extra kit spinner to practice on. I got my larger spinner through Aeroworks, so give them a holler. It fits around the 18x8 Master Airscrew prop I'm using on my Cessna.

Thanks,
I was thinking about hacking but will talk to AeroWorks about the larger one. I too have the Master Airscrew prop 18x6. With such a large plane you wonder why they give a small spinner and it's not even a 120 cut at that. Thanks, Jim
