Default Cushioned Washers?

Used to be able to find these on the AW website, they were the washers for the canopy and cowling 4-40 screws, and they were backed with the black foam. the 4-40 button head screw fit right into them. Anyone know where I can find these washers?

I use these which I like better to replace the ones that come with the plane. They seem to have the rubber backing bonded better to the washer. I use the large ones which seems to fit a larger range of screws. Hope this helps.

I've used a regular screw and washer then as a cushion I use an o-ring that fits snug over the screw..
