Default 35% 260 V's 35% 300???

Hi there,
I'm a very proud owner of a few of your models. I presently have a 40% edge 540T the 35% 260 and now I'm considering one of your 35% 300's. I think the 260 is a fantastic alrounder and I also love the look of your new 300 but I'm trying to convince myself that I really do need another aw 35%'r???...lol. So can you tell me why I should treat myself to the new 300...how do they compare to each other...what are the good points and the bad points???
Cheers!

The 300 is a little bigger with more wing area, has a two place canopy, looks cool, and is available in different schemes. I have a 35% 260 for 3D and a 42% 260 for precision. I love them both but have been considering downsizing my IMAC bird. If I did I would be looking pretty seriously at this 300 - it's a nice plane for both 3D and precision.

Hi Bodywerks,
Thankyou for your reply. Yes the 300 looks very nice but I know that my 260 is such a bonny model and does precision and 3D so well. I know that getting a new model is always a gamble when you already have a good performer but nothing ventured nothing gained!! It'sa shame there doesnt seem tobe many posts where these models a compared???
Cheersagain

I believe Rocco can be quoted somewhere as saying this 100cc 300 is probably the best plane he has designed to date.

You would'nt be dissappointed with either, I don't think AW builds a bad plane. It's just what you like the looks of the best.

well I cant agree with you more...I have the edge 39%, 260 35% and they both look and fly superb but these are getting older every day and the 300 looks fresh and I quess the performance will be to match. Though I do like the look of my 260 and she's all blinged up to boot.lol
