Default Lancair Crash, Orange, Texas

Where my dad lives, Orange, Texas, a Lancair crashed. The guy was from flordia. He had came to orange to help a friend work on a plane. Shortly after take off, he develpoed some problems and plowed in. He was killed. His family was allready in Orange. Bless his family.

Here are the pics I took of the crash site.

This is the 2nd experimental plane crash in 2-3 years.

thats the bad thing about those lancairs, yeah they have a great 200kt cruise but they dont like to land slow. they stall out at 60kt, not a good speed to make an off field landing!
