I have solved the problem of needing to counter Rotate one side.By building a better version that Rotates the opposite way.By the Rotarywing turning clockwise both side fuction the same using standard props on both sides with stock rotations on the motors.Easy fix Considering the new version is from scdatch.The rotating wing is 8ft. and two typhoon motors capable of around 30.000 r.p.m.s with 6+4 props.
