airtronics
I have 4 airtronics transmitters.
RD8000 (2.4 GHZ)
RD 60000 (72 MHz)
Infinity 600 (72 MHz)
TD5g (2.4 GHZ)
Since Airtronics is out of business I can no longer get receivers UNLESS someone can help. I am OK on the 72 MHz because I have a bunch of coronas synthesized rcvrs.
BUT would really like to convert the Infinity to 2.4 but cannot find good info. If I could do that I would get rid of the 5G and 8000.
The hope is I could convert to Spektrum protocall.

You can Google Sanwa and find their web site. Also, Desoto Racing down your way has Airtronics equipment and is , in fact, the distributor for Airtronics ( Now Sanwa) radio gear. Good luck. I use Airtronics radios myself.

You can mod it to transmit in 2.4GHz but not what you want in fhss1. They never maked a module for the older transmitter. And even the Chinese never make one for it.
2.4GHz DIY chinese kits that I know still can get easily are Corona and Lemon.
or if you good at soldering, could transplant a low end fhss1 rf board to the 660.
Nothing wrong with using 72MHz, still some new old stock out there, you can get a new synthesized (no crystal needed) 8 ch receiver from China. Or Ebay.
