Default RE: Why does the AMA have to grow?

ORIGINAL: KidEpoxy

I recall decades ago
Orange County had nothing bad to say about the junk bonds,
right up to the point that they drove the county bankrupt,
then they saw how way off base the investing guy was.

Just as you put it, all the different checks and balances
just didnt care about how wrong it was
till it was too late and then they cared lots.
Interesting analogy. I wonder if the guy with the junk bond idea convinced the others that it would make a great Orange County a greater Orange County and that they needed to change the way they had been successfully running the show for a century or so. Hmmmm. Maybe rather than a case for change it is a case for careful and steady management.

But you still didnt do anything to show that I was wrong about there indeed being contradicting documentation,
(which of course is just taking this thread WAY off course just to defend your accusation of me erring)
such contradictions muddying the subject, as I stated
I dindt say "Illegal".
I didnt say "Wrong" (that was ALL your imagination trying to create things to argue over)
I didnt say "Incompetent" (that was ALL your imagination trying to create things to argue over)
I didnt say I was better than them (that was ALL your imagination trying to create things to argue over)
What I did say was 'muddy", and had to explain that as being 'unclear' and conflicting info

...and you still dodge the question
of if you think AMA should keep conflicting documentation
or fixing it would be better.
Of course I didn't. It's your contention/opinion that there is conflicting documentation. Prove it. Show us what has slipped by the auditors, accountants and other involved professionals. So far we have a small handfull of folks that agree with you. I guess the other 139,995 don't count. While your intentions may be honorable, well, you know what the road to he11 is paved with. I'm sure the guy in Orange County had the best of intentions too,

K-Bob, You beat me to saying ALL the things I was going to say...except one. You won't see any proof of "conflicting documentation" because someone left and took them all with him!!!!

GREAT POINT! It was EXACTLY what I was thinking when I started this thread!!!!

Brad
Why would you bother using quotation marks
if you are going to change what I said?

If you wanted to quote me saying
' "too loud" is unfortunately a very subjective term'
then thats what you should have put in quotes.

Why not just put the words
-I wanna kill the president- in quotes and attrib it to me
as long as you are just making up quotes I never said... cause I never said that either

I just put 3 on ignore, are you trying to be #4?

Just to keep THIS forum "factual" ......it's "block" NOT "ignore". I wouldn't want you to confuse new readers as to what is really the truth or fact, by referring to what another forum calls it.

Since you so often feel compelled to, in your words, "correct my posts", I feel YOU are fair game to be corrected too!
