I recall a store that required all shoppers wear branded shirt, though they were handing out free ones at the entrance. Someone complained because they would not wear one and made an issue of it. The law said the store could do that, but I think the store's corporate management got involved because the manager missinterpreted their direction.

I own two stores, I can kick anyone out and I do not need a "very good cause", of course that can not be based on sex, race, or religion otherwise you could have a problem.
Maybe I just don't like their shopping habits................Do it all the time.

it is open it would be for the most partconsidered a public place and because of that they cant just deny someone entrance with a very good cause as compared
to your home which is not publc and you dont need a reason to deny someone entrance.
