I recall a store that required all shoppers wear branded shirt, though they were handing out free ones at the entrance. Someone complained because they would not wear one and made an issue of it. The law said the store could do that, but I think the store's corporate management got involved because the manager missinterpreted their direction.

I expect the memberships to at least double.
I think you will be disappointed.  For one the law does not require the modeler to join the AMA.  And even if it did only about 1% of non AMA's know about it.  And of those about 99.9% would willingly break this law if it is the law as you say its, though really it isn't.

Yes Sport you are right and I already know that. Let me re make my point,What I said was that even though a store can be privately owned during the time when
it is open it would be for the most partconsidered a public place and because of that they cant just deny someone entrance with a very good cause as compared
to your home which is not publc and you dont need a reason to deny someone entrance.
I own two stores, I can kick anyone out and I do not need a "very good cause", of course that can not be based on sex, race, or religion otherwise you could have a problem.
Maybe I just don't like their shopping habits................Do it all the time.

So you are telling me that you just walk up to your customers all the time and tell them I dont like you get out. How do you stay in business?

Putting words in my mouth and ASSuming way too much. I can tell you have never been an owner of any retail business and have no idea of what I said or meant...

Hey: I Just got a great Idea ... Why don't Sport_Pilot, ira d JohnShe & KidPoxy

all meet up at Toledo. Maybe meeting FACE to FACE would take the Hostility out of some of these forums. Might just meet a new Friend. OH! Leave the switch blades, brass knuckles and the Saturday nite specials Home PLZ.

Me attend not on your life I don't need no stinking friends, can't ya tell I'm happy watching U guys. LOL

Intriguing idea, Why Toledo and When?

Toleado R/C Show put on by the Weak Signals RC clubs one of the biggest in the nation ...check it out ... Other than that no reason just pulling every buddys chain.

Well, you would have to attend too. A flying event would be more fun.

So does this mean I can fly my Quad with a GoPro and start making money without fear of cops showing up? [:-]

Actually, it means you will have to have your sUAS certified to meet FAA standards and you will have to undergo FAA certification training to fly it. Then, you can fly your whatever for the cops and get them to pay you.

The ones that fly over taking real estate pictures are easily within a normal shotgun range, maybe less than 100 feet.

Dang! It is illegal to discharge a firearm in my community.

Maybe a laser death ray might work.

Bet that stamp is expensive But since they are not migratory game birds, lead shot is OK
