AMA regulation question
I am taking the open book quiz on the Competition Director Application and there is a regulation question that I can't find the answer too. I believe I read the regulations on this topic have changed this year also.
The question is:
True/False
Radio control night flying is limited to low performance models (less than 100 mph).
My guess is false as I think the AMA deregulated night flying to any aircraft.
What I remember reading was the deregulaton was based on the fact that night flying is not new and it is being done with 90 sized heli's ect. (not low performance) and they are leaving it to the descretion of the pilot.
Can someone clarify please. A reference to a rules document would be appriciated also.

Effective 2010:
rule #8
Radio-controlled night flying requires a lighting system that provides the pilot with a clear view of the model’s attitude and orientation at all times.
