Sport, witch FAA contradicts the last statement?, I would like to read it. "If the inside of a Restaurant is not in the NAS. They meaning the FAA, can not regulate that.,It's like flying a small quad copter inside your home, living room, or elsewhere on your immediate and owned by you property, owner of that land. Then if above 400' you are now in NAS. That is what I believe is the FAA ruling.

Max,
Sure are a lot of blind people on here! I can see what your link has to do with this thread. There was a twin engine transport airplane that crashed into the bedroom of a house a mile from me. The parents died in their bed. But hey let'sget all worked up over something that hasn't happened, and ignore what has.

With all honesty, I can not simply Ignore Death, no matter what the cause. It happens everyday, but we do not ignore it, we try to find Solutions to prevent it. It, doe's not matter what hobby you are in or active, but it does never the less, happen in any facet of life.
Our own personal death will one day be a reality, are you ready to ignore that? Yes this did happen and myself just can dismiss it as "oh well" now to move on.

The article stated an onlooker said the plane was too low, then turned 90 degrees and belly flopped into the house, I think he panicked , tried to turn, and stalled without the correct airspeed. Just my thought on this article. This article possibly could have been associated with a drone, but I don't think so now.

The News media on a whole are a bunch of IDIOTS they couldn't get anything correct if their ARshess depended on it. Most have no Idea of what they are reporting. This in most true when it comes to anything AVIATION. From every thing that fly's is either a JET or a Piper Cub to It was Sputtering when he "NOSED DIVED" in. Gime a F'n break ... Look at the DRONE crap they have no Idea what how or even that correct nomenclature is QUAD or HEX Rotter.

My favorite is the GA plane at 110 kts ran down and crashed into the airliner filled with (put a number here over 95) When it 99% the airliners fault. The flying public doesn't realize that the only tome that the ATC systems Gaeurentees separation of air craft is when both are on an active IFR flight Plan and are both in IFR conditions. Other wise it is SEE and BE SEEN and all ATC advisories of traffic are just that ADVISORY, they do not gauerenty separation. It is the responsibility of the flight crew to maintain their own separation.

My sentiments exactly but U R still dead and all your friends / flying buddy's are going to try and cheat your widow out of all your stuff cause U told her how little this hobby costs and how cheep U got those planes.

My thing know at almost 72 is "If I don't spend it My daughter will If she could even before I'm back in the food chine."
Just hope the last check written to the "ScumBag" Undertaker' Bounces.

Too funny and good point.. I might have to leave a detailed inventory with the real values in the will.

Most of can't count that high especially when we told our significant other all these lies about the real cost of this hobby. It's just a little less expensive than DRINKING.

Now I'm going out to the field ... got there yesterday and all my Buds were headed for LUNCH ... don't want to miss a meal now do we.

The one where the FAA man said "All airspace are ours!".

U don't even own the air U breath ... the government i.e. FAA/NTSB owns it and they said so. If U R really nice and "Play well with others" (Remember that little check mark U used to get on your Kindergarten report card) they may let U use/borrow/rent some air space. Some how I never got that check mark ... Does that mean I do Or I don't play well with others?

I may be wrong here but I thought that up to 400' the property owner owns the airspace. I believe that in the real estate one is able to purchase airspace. I think they call it sightlines. The intent is that if someone builds some high end apartments with a veiw of some landscape/ocean then he will want to protect his investment by buying up the airspace between his building and the view subject. This way someone can't come in and build a highrise that blocks the view thus bringing down his property value.

Then they just take it away by eminent domain and give it to the guy building the High Rise Casino or what the government deams is for the good of community.

The place I fly at in Wisconsin (0WI8) is a full scale Private restricted air strip that has been there since the some where around 1929. This fall a new subdivision was started 2000' SSE of where we stand to fly (Facing South) S Our planes will come with in 1200' of them. We can go all electric no problem if it keeps our field. But I'll tell U right know what is going to happen Some goofes is going to build there and the first time a full scale goes over his house he's going to complain to the city that he didn't know that F'kn air port was there. It's been there longer this guy has been on this earth. gimmie a break. Stay in Milwaukee where U belong.
