First Hobby People were selling something for spying, and now Sports Authority is up to it as well.

HD: Ounce again? Is that the weight of a plane flown by Pattern flyers?

That's another good reason the US should adopt the metric system. Mass can easily be easily converted to volume, and then volume can be converted to length by multiplying two dimensions by 0.

"WHAT"?
PLZ Explain how Mass can easily be easily converted to volume, and then volume can be converted to length by multiplying two dimensions by 0.

Ok but whatever the measurement system, I suspect pattern flyers have a big one.

HD, I use that formula all the time...My wife is blonde and that's how I get more airplanes...its the art of explaining that's key...Hmmm, once or ounce... which ever is correct...their head starts hurting from trying to figure out what you are saying, you can pretty much do anything. Don't try it on a brunette...you may end up hunched over coddling your manhood...works on redhead sometimes...but if it fails much worse consequences than with brunettes...Stay safe, blondes only, is my recommendation...

OH now I get it I often use a similar formula but as taught in advanced algebra (where my highest grade was an "F") U can prove anything by dividing by not Multiplying by ZERO. Thanks for the explanation.

Sporty: are all Pattern Flyers 11" tall? Or weight 11 LBS. Each? The plane might weigh more that an Ounce, as HD quoted. I get the drift where you are going with this, but I gotta ask???

Sin of angle = Opposite over the Hypotenuses

i.e. To measure the angle of Deflection of the rudder, elevator, or aileron is the distance in
Inches the surfaces moves up or down divided by the length of the rudder, elevator or aileron.

The amazing metric system is the the recognized unit of measurement in all countries except for the US, Burma and Liberia:
Liter = 1000cc's = 10cm x 10cm x 10cm = Kilogram
Milliliter = cubic centimeter = 1 gram
Metric Ton = 1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter = 1000 kg

Then try to convert cups and quarts to cubic feet and pounds.

easy 4 quarts of any liquid = 1 gallon. 7.48 gallons = 1 cubic foot but U have to know the
specific gravity of a liquid to change a gallon to lbs.

U are WRONG: Except fof when U convert grams of WATER a spific gravity of 1 to cc.s

U can not convert cubic any thing to grams kilograms or even LBs. unless U know the
the actual weight of the substance per cubic what ever.

Example:
a liter maybe 1000 cc's but 1000 cc of Oil does not weigh the same as 1000 cc of water,lead,feathers.

That's like saying there are 32 oz in a quart x 4= 128 Oz in a gallon.
But there are 16 ounces in a lb. so a quart would weigh 2 lbs. so a gallon 128 ozs / by 16 oz = 8 lbs.

Well if this were true a gallon of water would weigh the same as a gallon of Gas
Water 8.33 lbs where gas weighs 6.5 lbs / gallon.

U can not mix CUBIC measure with DRY measure and expect to be correct.

Headed out on the boat today. Perhaps I'll take along my DJI Phantom and do a little shark hunting, too!

Is this a sort of "pictures , or it didn't happen" disbelief on your part ? Do the guys who fly them have to post videos for you to believe ? I'm just curious , I guess , of exactly what it is that you don't believe ?
