ama insurance app.
Hi, can someone give me a link for an AMA insurance application that i could print out and mail in. I am looking for a trial membership(3 months) but i dont have a credit card yet, so i will have to mail the application with a money order..thanks

ok, i'm a little confused with prices. $58.00 is for the one year of coverage and $19.95 is for the 3 month trial? right ? Also, since i wont be paying with a credit card, i will i show proof of age or proof of anything for tha matter?

The only reason you would need proof of age is for the Youth membership. If you're younger than 18, and dumb enough to pay $20 for a 3-month membership when an entire year is only $15, then I feel sorry for you.

And in this game is it the lowest score (golf) or the biggest score (bowling)? I always get those two reversed. [:@]
